If you’re setting your sights on a culinary career, perhaps guacamologist is up your alley. The Ritz-Carlton Dallas employs one that provides a daily presentation for guests. According to the current guacamologist, a love of avocados and talking about them, is more important than a culinary background.

The next time you break a pair of sunglasses while in Lanai (because who doesn’t, right?) you’re in luck. The sunglass doctor at the Four Seasons Resort at Manele Bay is available poolside with tools and loaner shades on hand.
