Think Movember’s badass? Cancer survivor Mark McIntyre has donned his unmentionables and is hitchhiking across Canada to raise funds for Cancer research and get people talking about cancers that occur “below the belt.”

The Gitchhiker is a campaign from Stanfields, an underwear company, that has McIntyre hitchhiking his way from Vancouver, British Columbia to Truro, Nova Scotia. If he achieves this quest in 21 days, Stanfields will donate $20,000 to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Along the way he is taking in the local colour and participating in challenges such as making snow angels, learning to luge, and dogsledding — and for every minute of this journey he is attired in nothing but his underwear.

Hitchhiking across Canada in the cold of November? That takes stones, man!
