In a program that’s being offered as the pièce de résistance of the London Restaurant Festival, which runs from Oct. 4 to 18, the chefs will each commandeer one of the Eye’s 32 “capsules” for a one-night-only star turn, serving 10 lucky diners a four-course dinner, with wines, at heights up to 440 feet above the Thames. Each time the wheel finishes a rotation, another course will be served.
