Really, the only way out of such a ticket and fine would be to, say, find a video tape of the workers surreptitiously painting a surprise no-parking zone around your car as you run errands.

Luckily that’s exactly what female driver Hila Ben Baruch did. She then posted the video on Facebook, fought the fine and won. Nothing has been said about retribution against the devious painters, but one can hope there will be more vigilante videographers watching over the streets in Tel Aviv.
