The fledgling Running Dead have issued a cease-and-desist letter to the Toronto Zombie Walk camp as well as an open letter to the media claiming that the organizers of the longstanding walk have undermined the success of their venture by throwing their weight around with sponsors, promotional partners, and the public. Meanwhile the not-for-profit walking zombies take issue with the fact that the run, which occurs a day after their walk, is making money off the efforts and expense of the people dressing up as zombies.
