Guests at a hotel near Honolulu’s airport in Hawaii were stunned when they spotted and then caught a baby pig that had been roaming the hotel’s lobby. The 5-week old piglet was turned over to the Hawaiian Humane Society and is currently being bottle fed by volunteers. It is still unclear how the female piglet ended up at the hotel.
Humane society officials are not sure of the pig’s breed, but a veterinarian suspects that she will grow to be very large.
But don’t worry, the little piggy won’t be roasted at the hotel’s next luau. The Hawaiian Humane Society has named her Pukalani and she will be available for adoption once she’s a little older.
