A Photo Guide to New Zealand

In yet another stunning photo essay, Pictory looks squarely at New Zealand.

Some say New Zealand is the Canada of the Southern hemisphere. (Complete with brutal winters and super polite people.)

Oh, Pictory. Why are you so freakin’ sexy?

  1. Nope, not Canada-like in one respect. The winters are mild. In the south it doesn’t get much below freezing unless you’re in the mountains. Temperate seas keep it reasonable. Summers are pleasant and mild too.

The weather truly is insane though, it can be hot and sunny, and within half an hour wet and frigid, but you get that on an island. Storms blow off the ocean, then pass right by.
