Days before parliamentary elections in Prague, Czech artist David Černý erected the giant, purple sculpture seen above, as a gesture targeting Czech president Milos Zeman.

The sculpture is mounted on a float on the Vltava river, conveniently facing the Prague Castle, the seat of the President. Černý’s artwork is a statement against President Zeman’s plan to form a minority government with support from the Communist Party.
