Ichihara City has recently unveiled a very ordinary public toilet in a striking setting, and is hoping the ¥10 million fixture will receive a lot of attention.
The toilet is being dubbed the world’s largest due to the amount of land that houses the normal-sized commode. A two-meter fence surrounding the toilet provides privacy, and once inside, visitors are greeted with a quaint garden. At this time, only women are able to use the facility and have to pay a penny per use.
