Head to Dyersville if you want to relive the story of Shoeless Joe Jackson and the Black Sox from Field of Dreams. The farmhouse and field featured in the film is open to the public but hours are seasonal–visitors are welcome only from April to November.
If you love historic bridges or Clint Eastwood, head to the real Madison County where the bridges from the feature film exist. The heart of the county lies in Winterset, roughly 130 miles east of Omaha, Nebraska.
