The shrine of Miskin Shah Baba is probably the most unique shrine you’ve ever seen.

Located in Jamshedpur, India, the shrine contains passport copies, love letters, interview letters, and student IDs. But why these particular documents you ask?

The caretaker of the shrine says, people come here from far-off places to seek the help of Baba, and the Baba is very generous towards the visa seekers, students and the unemployed.

So in theory, anyone who leaves said documents at the shrine, will hope that their wish of world travel, true love or a great job, will come true. Sounds worthwhile to me.

  1. I can not go physically to the shrine. How do I post the letter? I searched for a particular postal address of the department related to it in the shrine, bit it is to be found nowhere. :(
