The S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna World’s 50 Best Restaurants recently awarded Copenhagen’s Noma restaurant the top honor.

This year marks the third win in a row for the Danish restaurant noted as the “standard bearer for the new Nordic movement”. That “movement” translates to musk ox and smoked marrow, sea urchin and dill, and beef cheek and pear dishes.
