Being paid to take vacation seems ludicrous right? For one company in Denver, the offer is too good to pass up.
At FullContact, CEO Bart Lorang announced in a blog post that employees will receive $7500 to go on vacation. But of course there are rules (not too hard to follow, mind you): employees must disconnect from work, not work while on vacation and in order to receive the money they MUST go on vacation. And just in case you’re curious–FullContact is currently hiring too.
