Sweet tooth’s unite! London’s Southbank Center Square will be playing host this weekend (From Dec. 9 to 11) to the The Chocolate Festival a celebration of all things chocolate.
The festival, which is mostly free, will have 30 stalls selling and sampling chocolate, and visitors can also chat with British chocolatiers like William Curley, Bill McCarrick, Damian Allsop and Paul Wayne Gregory.
There will also be a series of free classes, talks and demonstrations at the Chocolate Cookery Theater, with various luminaries of the chocolate world, including Chantal Coady, the founder of Rococo Chocolates; the food writer Rachel de Thample; chef Steve Walpole; and author Signe Johansen.
