From October 27-30th, Alisal Ranch is hosting its first annual bootcamp taught by chef Pascal Godé and grillmaster/owner Frank Ostini of The Hitching Post II (of “Sideways” fame).
The weekend is filled with classes like,
“Meet-your-Meat” seminar and tasting of Hitching Post II wines; special dinner prepared by Godé and Ostini; classes on grilling everything from ancho chilies to tri-tip; spice-blending workshop; breakfast trail ride, Dutch oven cooking demo by the Alisal wranglers, a grill-your-own dinner, and wine pairings by local celebrity winemakers and farmers.
