Boring, Oregon and Dull, Scotland are the two smalls towns in question. With a joint campaign to welcome tourists to Dull and Boring, residents are hoping dismiss their towns’ less than desirable names. They recently set up a Facebook page, gaining more ‘likes’ every day.
You can find more on their tourism efforts at The Daily Mail.
