South Koreans’ shyness is getting in the way of tourism–or at least that’s what Korea’s Ministry of Tourism seems to think.
A new TV ad pokes fun at average Koreans in everyday of situations running, hiding and blending into walls like a chameleons when approached by foreigners.
The ad is produced by the Visit Korea Year Campaign, which aims to boost foreign tourism in South Korea by making the country’s sights and festivals more accessible to international visitors.
