On the heels of their InCharge Auto, XtremeMac has released the InCharge Auto BT. The “BT” in this case means “bluetooth”, which makes for hands-free road tripping.
Features include:
- Hands-free phone calling
- Wireless audio playback
- 10 watts for rapid charging
- Fits 12V accessory outlets
- Self-resetting fuse protects device
- Standard USB connection
While the previous generation simply charges your iPhone, the big win for travelers with the Auto BT is that it charges your iPhone, and streams your phone calls and music wirelessly to your car’s audio input jack.
Bonus: while they don’t explicitly say so, XtremeMac confirms that the InCharge Auto BT offers the same functionality with non-Apple handsets too, along with iPods, iPads, and other bluetooth-enabled gadgets.
