Now in its second year, the Internet Cat Video Festival showcased viral videos of cats being…well, cats.
Organized by Minneapolis’ Walker Art Center, the festival coincided with the Minnesota State Fair. Last year, 10,000 attendees came to watch 80 cat videos compiled into one 1:15 video. This year’s festival included a “Hall of Fame” and a butter sculpture. And this year’s big draw? The newest feline celebrity, Grumpy Cat, who took home the “Golden Kitty” award for favorite viral cat.
