Saggy Pants Ban in Effect in New Jersey

Penns Grove, N.J. and St. Louis, MO are joining New Jersey beach town Wildwood in an attempt to “encourage family values” and instituting a ban on saggy pants.

Wildwood has had the ban in effect since July. Men seen wearing their pants low enough to reveal their underwear will be fined $25 in Penns Grove. The ban is not in effect yet in St. Louis””lawmakers are discussing a bill to ban the style, adding that it will aid in crime prevention efforts.
