Adventurous foodies take note–for twelve days, the Eldhús, “Iceland’s Little House of Food”, will travel throughout the country treating guests to the finest Icelandic cuisine.
Eldhús is literally a house on wheels staffed by volunteers alongside noted surprise chefs. The tour kicked off on March 7th and a complete schedule of stops is posted on InspiredbyIceland.com.
