While there are many hundreds of different chain and theme restaurants, the “Modern Toilet Restaurant” in Taiwan has to be one of the most… well, let’s call it ‘creative’ that this writer has ever heard of.

These visionary restauranteurs have gone beyond the obvious toilet chairs and seat cover plates, the tables are made of/look like they are made of bathtubs and sinks. While the restaurant had its humble beginnings as an ice cream shop, after a menu expansion and the opening of several other locations, it is now suggested that patrons make reservations at least 3 days in advance due to the popularity of the growing chain.
