Establishments such as Lightbar in Portland now offer “atmosphere therapy” to counteract the effects of Seasonal Affectiveness Disorder (SAD) that impacts many people during wintertime.
Special therapeutic lights add a colourful ambience to the decor while simulating the sun’s effects on the human body and psyche and elevate the mood of the room.
