Now, a series of magnificent and chilling photographs is on display at a gallery in London, England. The images were created by the expedition’s photographer Herbert Ponting between 1910 and 1013. The exhibition of platinum prints made from the original negatives at Chris Beetles Fine Photography claims to be the largest and most varied display of Ponting’s work ever mounted in London.
