For once it may not be such a disappointment to find the hotel pool is closed. Guests at Kerry Hotel in Shanghai were unable to go for a dip recently, but instead they got to behold the world’s largest ball pit.
The hotel temporarily emptied its enormous swimming pool and refilled it with a million green and pink plastic balls to set a record for the world’s largest ball pit. Not just anyone got to romp and frolic in the record-setting awesomeness. The event was aimed at raising awareness of breast cancer in China and playing privileges were reserved for cancer patients and survivors.
