Now, British Airways has announced a small token of its regret for the anguish that passengers suffered — all 136 passengers on board BA38 will receive a two week vacation at a destination of their choice from a selection of 300, and can bring their family members along.
That’s not all. Passengers will also receive a free membership to BA’s Gold Card club for a period of five years, along with a host of other privileges.
