New York City is known for its excellent shopping facilities, but the side of retail that many visitors see is the huge department stores and the designer shops around the central Manhattan area. If you love retail therapy but you want a unique shopping experience, there are many other shopping areas that you can explore in and around the city. Places such as the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market are great for those looking for something a little different while heading to the shops in Chinatown will enable you to get your hands on authentic Oriental wares.
